Thank-you everyone for all your comments and prayers, I love you for them. I will be off to the hospital in the next few hours I will cherish your words over the next couple of days.
Cancer is not an easy word, especially when you Love what God has given you on this earth; Like my hubby (the love of my life), Chris, Tiff, the grand kids (Mackenzie/Cole/Brady and my new grandson, who I look forward to holding in a couple of weeks), Darryl, Brad, and all my friends.
I wanted to share with you that I am at peace with surgery and whatever the next steps are. All the love and prayers sure are making this a lot easier. Please pray for my family to have strength and courage.

Proverbs 3:5,6: What a beautiful promise to hold onto as you anticipated surgery. The above verses paraphrased by Eugene Peterson in The Message say it so well. They are jam-packed and filled with tiny morsels to feed on. May our Heavenly Father lead you by the hand and heal you as you recover from surgery. The words of the well-known hymn, The Solid Rock, remind us that our hope is in Him alone.
